ONCORR version 4.0 Released!
Summit Management Services is pleased to announce the release of Version 4.0 of ONCORR®,
our revolutionary Online Conference Registration & Reporting software package. Set for release on February 8, ONCORR®
version 4.0 incorporates dozens of enhancements to improve your productivity and facilitate online registration by conference participants.
We are providing this message to currently registered conference organizers, and invite you to try these powerful enhancements for your next
meeting. Our programmers have analyzed the flow of information and created simplified entries to minimize key strokes, improve reporting
capabilities, and generally make it easier than ever for you to control every facet of your meeting.
Here are some of the highlights of ONCORR® 2004 - Version 4.0

New Invitation Package
ONCORR® now has the ability to create and send individual attendee invitations to your guests.
Using a variety of professional background templates, you'll be easily create invitations
complete with electronic attachments. This new feature is integrated into the "Request a New
Meeting" section of the Organizer's log-in. You'll save money by avoiding expensive mailing and s
hipping charges, give you attendees better access to meeting materials, and have a better way to
track responses - all with one easy to use set of entries.

Improved Electronic Communications
We've improved ONCORR's E-Mail contact system to make it easier for you to contact employees with
follow up information, RSVP reminders, polling, and a variety of other electronic tools.

"To Do" Task List
To keep your project on track, we've added an easy to use "Task List" to help you order and assign
various aspects of your meeting - it's the quick and easy way to be organized, and to ensure you
don't forget any elements essential to the meeting.

New Agenda Template
You can now create custom agendas specific to your meetings and save them as templates for future use.
This feature is perfect for specialized meetings with preset formats - and easy to change as your
programs evolve.

Bulk Uploads
An often requested enhancement - ONCORR® now allows information bulk uploading multi-guest
registration or invitations.

Report Sorting Enhancements
With ONCORR's new additional sorting feature formats, reports are now easier for users to customize.

ONCORR's new "Help Desk," complete with a fast-access button on the main-menu bar, speeds contact with our Technical Support Staff, with fast turnaround and support when you need it!
